PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Bring water to a boil in a pot.
- Add beans to water, stir briefly and reduce heat.
- Cover and allow beans to simmer for 15 - 25 minutes.
- After the beans are tender, season to taste, stir, strain liquid if desired, and serve.
EASY OPTION
If using Whole Beans in a soup, stew or chili recipe, which already has a liquid stock, simply add beans directly from the bag to that recipe and simmer until tender.
